In the 90’s series, I don’t get why seasons 1-4 are English dubbed and season 5 is not.
I think had to do with censorship issues back in the day, seeing as the three lights would literally be changing genders on screen

Me: *plops to the ground, puts elbows on knees and head in hands*
Usagi: *looks at others, confused* Is she okay?
Ami, Rei, Minako, Jupiter: *sweatdrop* Yeah, Usagi-chan. She’ll be okay.

According to the transcript, that’s Usagi’s mom. Guess she helped Luna get gussied up for the occasion.
O_o Oh.. It’s not supposed to be Usgai’s mom so I think the translator got a bit confused ^^; She’s supposed to be the cat’s owner :D

My little brother ADORED Rhett Butler.
And the fact that he became some massive Youma-thing is why he still hates Zoisite, even to this day. ^^
And he loves Minako/Sailor Venus, too.

I might do a few more cat comics in the future, but I’m not sure about their human forms (since MoonSticks is based off the anime, and only human Luna appears in the Movie)

He’s named after a character from “Gone with the Wind” as is his owner.

Is it just me, or is there quite a bit of bestiality in Sailor Moon? There’s Luna/Kakeru, ChibiUsa/Helios, Luna/Yaten, and this, which could possibly happen. And notice how it’s mostly Luna getting hot for humans? What a perv. :P
They’re all aliens anyway so I don’t think it matters. ;)

oh..^^;; hmm..that’s a shame.. which part did you not really understand? Was it the third panel? I had a slight feeling it may have confused some people.. either by the characters or the way I presented it.
Did anyone feel that Luna and Artemis was lacking a bit of chemistry? When Diana came, it kinda felt like a tease, and I didn’t quite see the mother-daughter thing going between Luna and Diana either. is it just me?
now you mentioned it, YEAAA I AGREE !!! Especially in the 3rd panel, Luna and Diana just didnt quite share the mother-daughter relationship.

This story is based on a few things, there’s reference to the original season where we have the fat cat, then Kakeru who is from the S Movie (ur right here), and Yaten from the final season :) You would really need to have seen the entire series to fully understand this one :)
yeah. i definitely NEVER got to see the rest of the sailor moon series stateside T^T i knew they got as far as the black moon [i think that’s where they were] then cartoon network just stopped showing them to fit in new shows [that weren’t as great as sailor moon].
AH yes.. the old days where we had to access Sailor Moon through the English Dub on TV.. but now with faster internet connection, it’s pretty easy to get hold of all the other seasons (and in the original Japanese audio and English Subtitles) aww…you’re really missing out on the other seasons, they get really good :) If you are interested, lemme know- *whisper*I know a place where you can download them all for free */whisper*

Thanks mle :D I usually spend the week thinking of an idea (brainstorming during work *cough* XD) and then on average 4-5 hours to put it all together :) The thought of keeping something weekly was a bit daunting at first, but it’s quite fun and it becomes a habit. ^-^ You should definitely do something like this too!! Your art is getting more and more amazing.
