As plans go, it’s not that bad. For the most part, it’s “Become known worldwide, then she will come to us!”, with a bit of “Use our concert tour/movie filming/whatever else we are doing to travel to places she might be, and search there”.
Don’t know if that’s really so quick and simple though.. ^^”
Earth’s population was over 6 billion when this season first aired (7 billion or so now). This might just be the quickest way to find her in that many people.
